Peach cobbler has to be one of my favorite comfort foods. It reminds me of family, living in Texas, and puts a smile on my kiddos faces. Tonight I’m serving a southern meal, and I couldn’t present this dinner to my husband without some good ol’ peach cobbler. My daughter is gluten-free (actually grain-free), so this is definitely a special treat for all of us, especially her. This is your traditional dump cake recipe, but it’s gluten-free and super simple to make!
Easy Gluten-Free Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 30 oz. can of sliced peaches (in light syrup)
- 1 box Betty Crocker gluten-free yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Just like any dump cake recipe, first pour your can of peaches in the bottom of your baking dish, juice and all. I used a casserole dish, you can use whatever you’d like. If you make this in a 9X13, I would double it. Stick with a small dish, like 8X8 or something similar.
- Pour the dry cake mix over the top of the peaches.
- I like to take a spatula and drench all the dry mix into the peach juice. I don’t want any dry spots when I serve it.
- Next, pour your butter over the top of the cake. Yes it will definitely drench the cake with butter. Because this is a gluten-free cake mix, it needs the butter to give flavor and it keeps the cake moist.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon on top. Bake for 40 minutes or until done.
