Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Slice two bananas into half-coins and the third one into rounds. Arrange the round slices at the base of a greased bundt pan.
Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and put it aside for later use.
Halve each biscuit round and flatten it into discs.
Place half a banana and a few chocolate chips in the center of each disc, seal the edges, and shape them into balls.
Roll the balls in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat them minimally, then layer half of them in the prepared bundt pan.
For the Glaze:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter and brown sugar, stirring occasionally until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly after mixing.
Drizzle half of the butter glaze over the first layer of dough balls and top with some additional chocolate chips.
Layer the remaining dough balls into the pan and pour the rest of the glaze over them.
Bake for about 40 to 50 minutes, or until the top develops a dark brown hue. Cover with foil if it browns excessively.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 15 to 30 minutes before inverting the bundt pan onto a serving plate.
