Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients

can black beans
1/4
onion
1
egg
1/2
cup
breadcrumbs
seasoned are the best
salt/pepper
other seasoning
optional
Instructions
Drain the black beans but don't rinse. Then pour them into a medium bowl and mash with a fork.
Grate the onion or dice it very finely and add that in along with the egg, breadcrumbs and any seasoning.
Combine mixture and then separate into 2, 3 or 4 equal sized balls. Form them into patties
Heat a small amount of oil on a skillet and cook the patties for about 2-5 minutes on each side, just until hot all the way through.
Top with ingredients of your choice and enjoy!
