Dressing:
1 ¼cupsmayonnaise
⅔cupgrated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Start by cooking the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain the bacon on paper towels, crumble it into pieces, and set it aside.
In a large glass dish or bowl, layer the chopped lettuce followed by the red onion, peas, shredded cheese, cauliflower, and bacon.
To make the dressing, whisk the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and sugar together in a bowl until smooth.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and refrigerate until chilled.
