If you’re looking for the easiest, healthiest, and most delicious Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe, you’ve finally found it! I have been experimenting for weeks to get the perfect blend of pumpkin and spice in my pumpkin smoothie, and I think I’ve finally found it.

This particular pumpkin smoothie recipe is pretty healthy too – it contains plenty of Vitamin A, , plus Vitamin C and potassium. When you get one of those popular pumpkin spice drinks at a coffee shop, it is sure to be filled with sugar and junk. In fact, these are the ingredients in a Starbucks pumpkin spice syrup (what goes into the smoothies or lattes):

CONDENSED NONFAT MILK, SUGAR, HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, ANNATO (FOR COLOR), NATURAL AND ARITIFICIAL FLAVORS, CARAMEL COLOR, SALT, POTASSIUM SORBATE (PRESERVATIVE).

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin I used Farmers Market Organic Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger, and 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsbp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds, until everything is combined.
  • Serve cold.
