Spicy Tuna Melt Wrap

I’m a stay-at-home Mom without a vehicle, so by the end of the week, when groceries are running low, I have to get pretty creative with my lunches.

The cupboards were looking pretty bare yesterday, but I did manage to find a can of tuna fish, some flour burrito shells, a few slices of New York Sharp Cheddar cheese, and I had some Frank’s RedHot Sauce left over from when I made Spicy Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders recently.  I thought surely I could turn this into a lunch.

I put all the ingredients together in the burrito and then broiled it to make it all warm and melty inside, and crispy on the outside. I was pleasantly surprised with just how good it actually was!
