cider vinegar
Instructions
Combine the garlic powder, chili powder, salt, ground cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a sizable bowl.
For Chicken:
Introduce the chicken thighs into the spice mixture and thoroughly coat them. Allow marinating for approximately 2 hours to enhance flavor absorption.
Preheat your broiler and prepare a broiler pan by spraying it with cooking spray.
Arrange the chicken on the broiler pan and broil on low for 15 to 20 minutes per side, turning them halfway through cooking.
For Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and cider vinegar until well mixed.
Once the chicken is broiled, remove it from the oven and brush each thigh with the honey glaze generously.
Return the chicken to the broiler for an additional 5 minutes, or until it attains a golden-brown appearance without burning.
Continue brushing and broiling the opposite side. After finishing, allow the chicken to rest on a platter for several minutes.
If there is any remaining glaze, apply a final brush to the chicken right before serving.
