Salt and pepper

smoked paprika

oregano

garlic powder

dried thyme

butter
melted

Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scrub and rinse potatoes. Pat dry.
Mix butter, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
Toss potato wedges in the butter-herb mixture. Arrange on baking sheet, cut side down.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until tender. Let cool slightly before serving.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Enjoy!
