you could use frozen banana and fresh mango

water

coconut milk
I like Native Forest Classic
Juice of one lime

Tablespoon
of Chia seeds
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Coconut flakes for garnish
optional
Additional ice to reach desired texture
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a Vitamix (or blender).
Blend until thoroughly combined.
If necessary, add ice or water to reach your preferred consistency and temperature.
Garnish with coconut flakes, nutmeg, and/or a lime.
Drink up and be healthy!
