Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, and salt & pepper. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant. Then, add the chopped tomatoes, broccoli florets, spinach, shredded cheese, and cream cheese. Continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender and the cheese is melted.
Serve immediately with your choice of cooked pasta, rice, zucchini noodles, or cauliflower rice.
