2-3small hot habanero or jalapeño peppersI used 2 habaneros and 1 jalapeño for a super hot salsa, but you could use 1 green pepper if you prefer a mild salsa

Instructions
Finely dice tomato, onion and pepper and mix together in a bowl.
Combin vinegar, salt and lime and stir into tomato mixture. Toss with cilantro. If you enjoy a chunky salsa you're done. If you prefer a thicker, more blended salsa place half of the salsa in the blender and pulse a few times and then return the mixture to the salsa bowl.
Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite mexican dish.
