Parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F and spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, onion powder, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Gently toss the shrimp in the mixture until they are well coated.
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the shrimp are firm and pink.
Once done, squeeze the juice of one lemon over the top of the shrimp and garnish with parsley if desired.
