Marshmallow Dip:

Start by placing the sweet potato sticks into a large bowl. Drizzle them with olive oil and season with sea salt. Toss to ensure all pieces are well-coated.
For Fries:
Prepare your baking sheets by lining them with foil or parchment paper. Spread the seasoned sweet potato fries into a single layer on the sheets. Bake in a preheated oven at 475°F for about 25 to 30 minutes, adjusting the time depending on the thickness of the fries.
For Dip:
While the fries cook, prepare a cake pan lined with foil and arrange the marshmallows in a single layer inside. Bake them in the oven along with the fries for around 5 minutes or until they puff up and start to lightly toast, adjusting the time for extra browning if desired.
