Place the seasoned potato cubes into the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in two separate batches.
Cook at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket a few times during cooking to ensure the potatoes crisp up evenly.
Once the potatoes are golden and crispy, they are ready to serve. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
