shredded cheddar cheese

Hidden Valley Ranch Mix

chopped fresh flat leaf parsley

Instructions
Prepare all your ingredients.
For Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, ranch mix, dill, and parsley.
Use an electric mixer set to low speed to blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
To Roll:
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each of the five tortillas.
Gently roll each tortilla into a tight wrap. Arrange the rolled tortillas on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
When ready to serve, trim the ends and slice the roll-ups into bite-sized pieces. Optionally, garnish with freshly chopped herbs.
