Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat an 11x7 baking dish with cooking spray.
In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Mix in the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan cheese with the blended cottage cheese.
Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Pour the marinara sauce over the cottage cheese layer.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella on top and add your preferred pizza toppings.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is thoroughly melted.
