Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line your cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt until well blended.
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter with both sugars. Mix until thoroughly combined. Then, add the egg and vanilla extract, stirring well.
Gradually incorporate the flour mixture into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon, gently mix in the chocolate chips and sprinkles until evenly distributed.
Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie and place them on the prepared cookie sheets, spacing them out.
Bake for 12 minutes, then let them cool on the sheet for at least 10 minutes to finish baking.
If you prefer a firmer cookie, you can bake for 13-14 minutes. They may appear soft, but they’ll firm up as they cool!
