Instructions
Start by combining the chopped romaine, diced chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons in a large bowl. Use tongs to thoroughly mix the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper according to your preference. If you'd like a wetter salad, feel free to add extra dressing.
For Assembling the Wrap:
Gently warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 15 to 30 seconds per side until they become soft and pliable. Alternatively, you can microwave them wrapped in paper towels for a similar duration.
Once warmed, place the tortillas flat on a clean surface and distribute the salad mixture evenly in the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll them tightly to create burrito-style wraps. If necessary, secure the wraps with toothpicks and slice them in half or enjoy as is.
