shredded Mexican-style cheese

Instructions
In a large deep skillet, heat over medium flame.
Add ground beef and season it with salt and pepper. Cook thoroughly, stirring frequently until browned.
Remove any excess grease from the pan after cooking the beef.
Stir in the taco seasoning, followed by the water, salsa, and uncooked rotini.
Bring the mixture to a rolling boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and let it simmer.
Cook for about 15 minutes until the pasta becomes tender.
Once cooked, turn off the heat and gently mix in the shredded cheese until fully melted.
Taste the dish and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper, as necessary.
Serve hot and add your preferred toppings such as chopped tomatoes, avocado, or crushed tortilla chips.
