120 ounce packagecheese tortellini(fresh or frozen)
2teaspoonsMontreal steak seasoning
1.5teaspoonItalian seasoning
Instructions
For the Beef:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, browning the ground beef until it is fully cooked. Drain off any excess grease, and if necessary, clean the skillet before adding the beef back in.
Add Montreal steak seasoning, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, water, and beef bouillon granules to the skillet. Bring this mixture to a boil.
For the Tortellini:
Incorporate the tortellini into the skillet, stirring gently while bringing the mixture back to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat, cover, and let it simmer for about 4-5 minutes until the tortellini are tender and warmed through.
Top the tortellini with shredded mozzarella cheese, then remove the skillet from heat and cover. Allow it to rest for 3-4 minutes for the cheese to melt. Serve immediately and enjoy!
