Instructions
Preheat the oven by greasing an 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
In a medium saucepan, add the butter and heat it over medium.
Let the butter melt completely.
Next, mix in the brown sugar and evaporated milk, stirring occasionally until smooth.
Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil undisturbed for 5 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from heat and transfer the mixture into a measuring cup or bowl.
Incorporate the banana flavoring and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until no lumps remain.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Allow the fudge to cool and set for a few hours.
