Instructions
Begin by mashing the bananas and set them aside for later use.
Making the Batter:
In another mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder, then set this mixture aside.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
Gently mix the mashed bananas into the egg mixture, followed by the vanilla and vegetable oil. Stir until everything is well blended.
