Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking oil and set it aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef until it’s no longer pink, then drain off any excess fat.
In a big mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, tater tots, cheddar cheese soup, and sour cream. Stir everything together until it's well mixed.
Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the oven for about 45 to 50 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and golden on top.
