Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or use nonstick spray for coating.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and Italian herbs. Add salt and pepper according to your preference, and stir well to mix.
Spread the shrimp out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp and gently toss to ensure even coating.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and are fully cooked through.
Serve immediately, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
