1
cup
creamy no stir peanut butter
12
oz
semi-sweet chocolate chips or chocolate melting wafers
3

2 ½

Instructions
Mix the melted butter and peanut butter in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
Fold in the rice krispies cereal until fully incorporated.
When the mixture becomes difficult to stir, use a rubber spatula to finish mixing.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a cookie scoop to form peanut butter balls and place them on the lined baking sheet.
Roll each scoop into a smooth ball with your hands.
Chill the peanut butter balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, then place them back on the baking sheet.
Chill the chocolate-coated peanut butter balls until firm.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container for several days, or freeze for longer storage.
