Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9-inch cake pan with cooking spray and set it aside.
In a small bowl, mix together almond flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, sweetener, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and butter extract until well combined. Add the red food coloring.
Carefully fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
Bake for 25-27 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely before frosting with the cream cheese frosting.
