Instructions
Open the biscuit can and split each biscuit in half to make 16 thinner pieces.
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, bacon, chopped jalapeno, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit piece.
Pinch the edges of the biscuit around the filling to seal it, then roll into a ball, ensuring the filling is enclosed.
Arrange the biscuit balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each for proper air circulation.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, and salt.
Brush the butter mixture over each biscuit ball.
Air fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and fully cooked through.
