2cupspeanut buttercan sub for any nut or seed butter
1 1/2cupsprotein powder
1/2cupcoconut flour
1/2cupmaple syrup
2cupschocolate chipsoptional
Instructions
Line a deep pan with parchment paper and set aside. For thicker bars, use an 8 x 8-inch pan. For thinner bars, use a larger pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and coconut flour, mixing well.
In a separate small bowl, melt the peanut butter and maple syrup together until smooth. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
Press the protein bar mixture firmly into the lined pan. Refrigerate or freeze until firm.
Once the mixture is firm, cut it into bars. If desired, cover each bar in melted chocolate. Enjoy!
