Preheat your oven to 350F. Grease a 9 x 9-inch baking dish and set it aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the apple slices, lemon juice, maple syrup, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix everything well.
In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, coconut sugar, and melted coconut oil until it's well combined.
Place the apple mixture into the greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the apples start to soften.
Remove the dish from the oven and spread the crisp topping evenly over the apples. Put it back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the topping turns golden brown.
Once done, let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
