Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Separate the biscuit dough into 12 pieces. Flatten each piece and place a cheese cube in the center, then wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch to seal.
Place the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture over the tops of the dough balls.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
