Instructions
Begin by heating oil in a pan to medium-high (about 350°F). Prepare the cauliflower by dredging the pieces in flour, then dipping them in the beaten eggs. Next, coat the florets with a blend of panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and Creole seasoning.
Fry the coated cauliflower in batches until they turn golden brown. Transfer the cooked pieces to paper towels to absorb excess oil.
