1/4cupchopped nuts(pistachios, pecans, or walnuts)
to tasteFresh rosemaryor candied orange pieces for decoration
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly coat a mini muffin pan (24 count) with nonstick spray.
Cut the Brie into small squares, roughly 1-inch in size, and keep them chilled in the fridge until needed.
In a mixing bowl, combine the orange marmalade and cranberry sauce, mixing well. Set this flavorful blend aside.
On a floured surface, roll out the crescent dough, shaping it into a rectangle and pinching the seams closed. Cut the dough into 24 equal squares.
Place a square of dough into each muffin cup. Add a Brie square on top, followed by a teaspoon of the orange-cranberry mix. Sprinkle a few chopped nuts and add a tiny sprig of rosemary for garnish.
Bake the bites in the oven for about 10-13 minutes until they are beautifully golden brown and the dough is fully cooked.
Let them cool for 5-10 minutes before serving warm to your guests.
