Rub the salmon with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning on both sides. Set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
While the pan heats, mix the melted butter, honey, 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, and minced garlic to make the Cajun honey butter. Set aside.
Place the salmon in the pan, skin side up, and cook for about 3 minutes to get a nice sear.
Flip the salmon and cook until it’s opaque, about another 3 minutes.
In the last minute of cooking, reduce the heat to medium-low and pour half of the Cajun honey butter over the salmon. Let the sauce heat on the salmon.
Once cooked, pour the remaining sauce over the salmon and garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
