These sweet and salty Butter Toffee Pretzels are perfect for any family gathering or snack time. A delightful treat that combines the richness of toffee with the crunch of pretzels.
Preheat your oven to 200°F. Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add the mini pretzels and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, cubed butter, and corn syrup. Heat over medium, stirring frequently until the mixture comes to a boil. Let it boil for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla and baking soda until fully combined.
Carefully pour the hot toffee mixture over the pretzels, tossing to ensure they're all coated. Then, add half of the Heath Toffee Bits and toss to distribute evenly.
Spread the pretzels out on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are evenly distributed.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes for even coating.
Immediately sprinkle the remaining toffee bits on the pretzels right after they come out of the oven.
