In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and the ranch seasoning mix until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the layered hash browns, bacon, and cheese.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake, uncovered, for about 55 to 60 minutes, or until the casserole is golden and set.
