If necessary, peel and cut the butternut squash into 3/4-inch cubes.
Place the diced butternut squash (about 3 and a half cups) into a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil over the squash and toss to coat thoroughly.

Add the sugar-spice blend to the squash and stir to ensure an even coating.
Transfer the butternut squash into the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees F and cook for 13-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
