Lightened Up Buffalo Dip

In Western New York State, Buffalo Wing Dip has a cult-like following. So when I got the chance to feature Late July Organic chips, I knew I wanted to create a lightened up Buffalo Dip to go with them.

Substituting Stonyfield Greek yogurt for the sour cream or cream cheese in this recipe is perfect because it is thick and rich-tasting, without a ton of saturated fat or added sugar. Plus. Stonyfield Plain Greek yogurt has no added sugar and is high in protein and calcium.

I can get my Buffalo fix without feeling guilty!

Lightened Up Buffalo Dip with Chips

  • 2 cups Stonyfield Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Buffalo-style seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce more if you like it spicier!
  • Late July Organic Chips


  • Combine the Greek yogurt, Buffalo seasoning, and Buffalo sauce in a medium mixing bowl. Mix until combined
  • Serve with Late July Organic Sea Salt by the Seashore chips
